Brisbane2032 returns to Yeppoon!

Capricorn Enterprise was pleased to welcome Rugby Seven’s Olympian Maurice Longbottom, Paralympic swimming champion Rachael Watson along with Brisbane2032 representative Georgie Baumann to participate in a “CQ Youth Game Changers” half day workshop with students from St. Brendan’s, St Ursulas and Yeppoon State High School. Nearly 100 students were challenged to think about where they will be in 6 years time and what are the Games going to look like for young people in CQ.

Whale watching season is here!

Capricorn Coast Visitor Informaion Centre volunteers recently hit the water with Keppel Konnections' to experience the first whale watching cruise of the season from Yeppoon. While the whales stayed elusive, it was still a wonderful day of coastal scenery, Great Keppel Island and time out on the water.
